We found in some country and area, the way Rate flat shipping($13 for all) takes too long time for delivery, sometime even longer than 20 days,  which is far from customers' expectation;

So the flat shipping is removed from the default delivery methods list, and it can`t be selected simply;

How to choose the way flat shipping for delivery?

Only if any customer still want this way, please contact us, to get this flat shipping specially;

Flat shipping is of very low cost for shipping, and for some city, it`s still a reasonable way for delivery, so we did`t close it totally.
